Tracking will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to information supplied by the customer.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.

A shipping delay alone does not automatically qualify an order for a refund unless required by applicable law.
